Ricasoli & Santin Contracting Co., Inc. was started in 1984 by Ignazio (Len Sr.) Ricasoli & Louis Santin.  Len Sr. and Lou managed a very successful business committed to quality, dependable and on time construction for 26 years, before turning the business over to long time employees Len Ricasoli Jr. and  Bob Hearn who have continued the same great tradition of quality, dependable and on time construction.
 
Ricasoli & Santin Contracting Co., Inc. has been committed to keeping our employees safe for over 40 years and our record proves it, with an EMR of .784! We monitor our projects on a daily basis with our experienced carpenter foremen, weekly with our road super, and monthly with our project manager, along with weekly job safety meetings with all field employees. We have implemented plans, policies and procedures designed to keep our employees safe, so they can go home to their families. We believe everyone on our projects should be safety conscious, because the consequences are too high not to be safe!
 
The heart of our business is centrally located in Central New Jersey, with the majority of our work taking place within a 50 mile radius, which includes most of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.         Duties: Overseeing all phases of construction projects, along with daily operations of the company.
                      Serving as Project Manager and offering assistance to other Project Managers, scheduling,
                      purchasing, subcontractor hiring, assisting in preparing of invoices and project close out.
